Tosla
How does architecture give culture a physical form?
Tosla HQ transforms company values into lived experience.
Architecture is often expected to accommodate a company's culture.
At Tosla, it became the way culture is experienced.
The design process resembled a form of alchemy, translating values such as trust, knowledge, collaboration and respect for heritage into spaces people don't simply move through—they inhabit, learn from and share.
Laboratories become places of curiosity, galleries become everyday routes, and work unfolds alongside art, conversation and discovery. More than a headquarters, Tosla became the physical presence of the company's identity.
