The Month of Design festival takes place annually in Ljubljana. And as a fusion of design and cuisine makes perfect sense, we took part in it on different occasions, creating a variety of edible creatures. A forest of tuna & black sesame & wasabi & cranberry sticks that can be eaten one way or another, depending on which sequence and combo of flavours you prefer ... followed by chocolate eggs with orange mousse hanging on wires with 68%-certainty you might succeed in taking them off and actually eating them...you should be there!
